Zedd Palvor is well to be considered a minor player on the Galactic scene. He is a survivor, however, and has lived through several 'restructurings' within the unsavory hierarchy of his chosen associates, beginning back with the old Hutt Syndicates. He is also a competent pilot, flight certified with almost all light and medium cargo vessels.

Publicly, Zedd is a sometimes struggling Merchant and Cargo Hauler. This allows him to plausibly associate with almost anyone within the middle and lower rungs of the Galactic supply chain. The position suits Zedd just fine, as he is quick to admit that others within the Syndicate are far better suited to hobnobbing with the elite.

Still, despite his rough edges and middling authority, Zedd is one of a relative handful of 'stars' within the Syndicate. He and those of his ilk surround the shadowy head of the Syndicate, standing out among the hundreds or thousands of other thugs and scoundrels due to their great potential. Like these others, only time will tell whether Zedd will find himself in a position of power and influence or in a shallow, unmarked grave.

Zedd Palvor's lot in life has changed over the past few months. Most would think, looking at the external evidence, that his life has improved. Zedd himself is not so sure, though he remains optimistic for the future.

Once a single-vessel transport concern, with Zedd himself at the controls, NHQ Transportation has grown to a small but viable transport concern employing numerous ships and pilots. Many assume that 'NHQ' refers, somehow, to the company's origins and place of business on Nal Hutta, however, NHQ actually refers to a phrase in pidgin Basic, "No Have Question." Of course, 'no questions asked' is the general policy of most business concerns in the shadow of the Smuggler's Moon.

Zedd has mostly grounded himself these days, save for the occasional local run, due to his possibly compromised legal status following Revan Centurion's tenure with the Syndicate and subsequent return to his Imperial roots. Quiet inquiries have thus far failed to shed light on his ability to openly operate in Imperial space.
